Vincent Marçais

Vincent Marçais is an Architecture designer and a certified Passive house designer.

He does Residential work including new construction of single-family residences, remodels, additions, accessory dwelling units (ADU) as well as Commercial work including industrial new construction and office remodels. 

Vincent is passionate about building quality, resilience to fire and other risks, health through thermal comfort and air purity, energy reduction & stability, and limited carbon footprint. 

He studied design at UCLA and received my passive house designer certification from the Passivhaus Institute of Darmstadt. 

Vincent’s portfolio includes work in Southern California (Los Angeles and surrounding counties) and France (Paris and L'Ile d'Yeu).
